Between them, the team has more than 45 years of combined experience in real estate. Three of the five are fully licensed estate agents, which is rare in property management.

Most agencies run property management off the side of a sales desk. Milrose was built the other way around, by people who think the usual way real estate is done needs challenging. Founder Kate Reijnen put together a team of experienced, licensed property managers, gave them leading technology and a clear standard, and kept the focus on one thing: managing your property well.

It is the experience clients describe again and again as "a breath of fresh air": an agency that actually returns calls, gives straight answers, and treats renters as people, which is exactly why owners trust us with their investments.
